Hathorian Rose Elixir & Libation

Hathor is the Egyptian Goddess of Love, Beauty, Fertility, Movement, Music and Passion. She is also the Cosmic Nurturer that sustains life through her Milk, she is the essence of the celestial flow of the Milky Way and nourishes those who are passing between worlds and may also support us to move through transitions and cyclic change with deep love and compassion.

Beautiful Hathor is one of my Patron goddesses and I am her initiated priestess both in this lifetime and many lives past, I have made 2 pilgrimages to her holy Temple at Dendera in 2019 and 2023 and have not doubt I will do so again in the coming years.
At this time of chaos and great change, it is so important to embody the change that we wish to see in the world and in order to do so we must come back to the essence of our own magick, our own unique gifts, our own personal truths in order to share them with the wider world and in turn support and encourage others to step more fully into their own power. As spokes of the mighty turning wheel we may then add our own individual essence into the circle of flow so that we may support the wheel to rotate together, no one has to do all of this work alone. To be at our best we need to practice as much self love and nurture as possible, we will all be at different stages with this, we must undergo deep healing and resetting often and cleanse and protect our energy.
Today with the guidance, love and support of beautiful beloved Hathor and the power of Rose energy, which she is very connected too, I offer you a Rose Healing Elixir to honour your journey of sustenance but first a prayer to help your connections. May it nourish you.
Dua Hathor - my beloved Mistress of Heaven.

Giving praise to Hathor, who lives in Thebes.
Kiss the earth for her in all her forms.
May I pray to her for the greatness of her name,
for the strength of her striking power.

Hathor Rose Elixir and Libation:
Red through in full before creating it.
Set yourself up a Hathor altar, add a statue or an image of her, you can even draw one if you like. Her main colour is Red, though she is associated with Blue and Gold and Dendera is full of these colours. Add some roses or rose petals, so red, gold or blue candles. Malachite, Turquoise and Rose Quartz are her stones and gold her metal. Burn some rose incense or rose melts or oils, vanilla, myrrh and musk are also good and introduce yourself to her. Spend some time in meditation with her before you petition her for her support.
You will need: (note this is made to be ingested so please choose your ingredients wisely and if using rose petals make sure they are organic or use rose powder instead and if you don't want to ingest you may hold it instead in your hands and draw in the energy or anoint candles with it. Substitute ingredients as you wish.)
Rosella Hibiscus Flowers - Red for vitality and life force energy, hibiscus is widely drunk in Egypt where it is called Karkade. It aligns to Love, Passion, Dreaming and Divination aligned also.
Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers - changes colour obviously when you add rosella or lemon or tonic will also have the affect too. Colours range from red to purple to pink and so is transforming as we transition cycles.
Rose Petals - Organic. For Hathor and love and beauty, nourishing inside and out, for comfort healing and protection.
Cinnamon - Adds a hint of sweet spice, love, protection, purification, success and good fortune. Embodies the sensuality of Hathor.
Ginger - Speeds up spells, supports success and empowerment, is warming and activating.
Mineral Water, Coconut Water or Club Soda or any Water that nourishes you.
Bowl, Glass, Spoon, Strainer/Sieve.
Candle for Hathor and One for You.
Steps:
Take a moment to sit with your Intention - consider what needs healing, transitioning or integrating to bring more harmonious flow into your life?
State your Purpose - to create this Elixir for Healing or whatever you feel is needed.
Light Hathors Candle call to her to support your endeavours.
Light her Incense and offer it to her.
Sit for a few moments in contemplation and feel her energy.
Light your Candle, see yourself and the flame that resides within you stirring more fully to life.
Take bowl and place in each ingredient, thinking about its properties and willing these plant allies to assist you in the creation of this Elixir.
Take your water - think about its healing soothing, connecting flow, it's power to cleanse and purify, it's ability to support your intuitive abilities. It's link to Hathor and the life force of Egypt - The Nile. Think of it also as the fluid/the conduit that combines the other ingredients.
Pour water over the other ingredients - stir with spoon or your finger, see all combining and harmonising. State your Intentions. Visualise them.
Hold the bowl up to Hathor and ask her to bless your Elixir.
Take your sieve and Pour half of the elixir into a glass for you to drink, save the rest for Hathor. You may also wish to save a portion also to add to a healing bath or foot soak.
Hold your elixir your potion, and feel its energy, hold your intention in your mind.
Take a sip and feel the elixir flowing through your body, healing and awakening your cells, the magick of the blessed fluid supporting your healing. Continue until it is all finished.
Sit in meditation with Hathor and listen for any messages that she has for you. Listen also to your body, your energy, any shifts that happen. Make sure you journal.
Check in with your candle and see if there is any difference in the flame or the way it is burning, draw the light of the candle within and allow it to support your own internal flame to burn brighter.
When you are finished:
Thank Hathor for her love and support. Extinguish the candles and take your bowl outside and pour it out upon the Earth for her. You may wish to do this at Sunset or Sunrise or Noon, she is a solar deity. Or under the light of the Stars for her association with the Milky Way and the Pleiades and Sirius.
Repeat whenever you feel the need for deep healing, make sure you honour Hathor in-between and not just when you want something.
